Effect of heat treatment on microstructures and properties of a novel Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy for oil drilling

In view of the special requirements for strength, heat resistance and corrosion resistance of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy for oil drilling, the Al-6.2 Zn-2.5 Mg-1.6 Cu alloy was prepared by increasing Cu content on basis of Russian Series 1953 alloy. The effect of heat treatment on the microstructures and properties of the alloy was characterized by optical microscope(OM), scanning electron microscope(SEM) and transmission electron microscope(TEM), and investigated by tensile test at room temperature, thermal exposure test and corrosion test. The results show that the strength after T6 aging treatment exhibit a decrease trend as an increase of the solution temperature from465 °C to 480 °C. After the solution treated by the rate of 470 °C/1 h, second phases dissolve into the matrix very well and the strength property reaches optimum. The alloy has better comprehensive properties treated by a solution treatment of 470 °C/1 h and then followed by an aging treatment of 120 °C/24 h + 170 °C/1 h + 120 °C/24 h. Under the aging state, the precipitated phases inside the grains are suitable in size, while on the grain boundary distribute discontinuously and the precipitate-free zone is obvious. Besides, the alloy still maintain high tensile properties. The yield strength, tensile strength and elongation are 650 MPa, 686 MPa,12.0%, respectively. The yield strength retention after heat exposure is 92%. The alloy has good corrosion resistance and the exfoliation corrosion degree. The average corrosion rate in the H_2S and CO_2 environment is 0.0024 mm/a, which is far less than the required 0.12 mm/a. It is insensitive to H_2S and CO_2 environments.     

Targeted inhibition of Livin resensitizes renal cancer cells towards apoptosis

Cancer cells are typically characterized by apoptosis deficiency. In order to investigate a possible role for the anti-apoptotic livin gene in renal cell cancer (RCC), we analyzed its expression in tumor tissue samples and in RCC-derived cell lines. In addition, we studied the contribution of livin to the apoptotic resistance of RCC cells by RNA interference (RNAi). Livin gene expression was detected in a significant portion of RCC tumor tissue specimens (13/14, 92.9%) and tumor-derived cell lines (12/15, 80.0%). Moreover, targeted inhibition of livin by RNAi markedly sensitized RCC cells towards proapoptotic stimuli, such as UV irradiation or the chemotherapeutic drugs etoposide, 5-fluorouracil, and vinblastine. These effects were specific for livin expressing tumor cells. We conclude that livin can contribute significantly to the apoptosis resistance of RCC cells. Targeted inhibition of livin could represent a novel therapeutic strategy to increase the sensitivity of renal cancers towards pro-apoptotic agents. 酸洗抑雾缓蚀剂的研制

带有废酸脱硅再生系统的酸洗机组对于所用抑雾缓蚀剂有特殊的要求。它要求所用抑雾缓蚀剂既具有高的抑雾效果，其缓蚀率又要适当；既不影响脱硅和铁红质量，更不能对系统造成堵塞和影响系统物料的平衡。针对上述要求研制出特效的酸洗抑雾缓蚀剂。     

喷丝头组合花板的真空熔炼

化纤生产行业的粘胶，经过装在组合花板上的喷丝头在酸浴里形成化学纤维。粘胶为碱性物质，酸浴的化学成份为稀硫酸、磷酸，酸浴温度为57℃左右，组合花板内压力为10kg／cm^2，要求组合花板材料在有足够的强度下，具有高耐腐蚀性能。     

Purification of platelet-derived endothelial cell growth inhibitor and its characterization as transforming growth factor-β type 1

In 1986, Brown and Clemmons (Proc. natl Acad. Sci. USA83 (1986) 3321) showed that platelets contain a substance, platelet-derived growth inhibitor (PDGI), that inhibits in vitro endothelial cell replication. Although platelets are rich in transforming grwoth factor (TGF-), PDGI was considered not to be related to TGF-, on the basis of its reported properties (extraction from platelets at neutral pH, binding to heparin-Sepharose). However, we purified PDGI to near homogeneity and showed that on the basis of HPLC retention behavior, in vitro growth inhibitory activities with several cell types, receptor binding, and immunoneutralization of growth inhibitory activity with specific anti-TGF- type 1 antibodies, PDGI is most probably identical with TGF- type 1.     

Cooperative inhibitory effect of follicular fluid and cAMP on hamster oocyte maturation

Summary Porcine or human follicular fluid inhibited the spontaneous maturation of isolated hamster oocytes in vitro during the first 1.5 h of culture. Moreover, the presence of 50% follicular fluid combined with 100 M dbcAMP cooperatively reduced the incidence of germinal vesicle breakdown. The addition of FSH also inhibited the resumption of meiosis, and the presence of LH did not overcome the inhibitory effects of follicular fluid and tended to impede isolated hamster oocyte maturation in vitro.     

含钼杂多酸盐对碳钢缓蚀性能的研究

采用失重法考察了６种具有Ｋｅｇｇｉｎ结构的含钼杂多酸盐在ＮａＣｌ介质中对碳钢的缓蚀作用。实验表明,所研究的化合物均有一定的缓蚀性能,尤其抑制点蚀效果很好。     

低频超声波对大豆胰蛋白酶抑制素的处理效果

采用２０ｋＨｚ的低频超声波对大豆胰蛋白酶抑制素（ＳＴＩ）进行了处理。结果表明,超声波对经纯化了的鲍曼－贝尔克抑制素（ＢＢＩ）几乎不起钝化作用,对生豆奶中天然存在的ＳＴＩ的钝化效果要比对从大豆中提取纯化的ＳＴＩ好得多,说明纯化了的ＳＴＩ似对超声处理较稳定;豆奶中大分子蛋白组分１１Ｓ和７Ｓ的存在有助地ＳＴＩ的纯化;低频超声波对生豆奶中的ＢＢＩ似乎有轻微的激活作用;在生豆奶中添加半胱氨酸、亚硫酸钠的胃液
